High speed – The main shaft of the horizontal machining center adopts an electric spindle structure, with a high speed of 12000r/min and an internal two-speed speed change, which can meet the requirements of high-speed machining while meeting the requirements of low-speed cutting. The three coordinate guides of x, y, and z adopt high-rigidity linear rolling guides, and the fast moving speed reaches 54 m/min. During the tool change process, the manipulator of the machine tool loosens the spindle and broaches the tool through cam linkage to realize rapid tool change (tool change time: 2s). High rigidity – The main part of the horizontal machining center is all made of resin sand high phosphorus castings, the bed is an integral casting, and the column, sliding table and worktable move on it.
